Job Title - Internal Sales Executive / Trade Counter Sales Executive
Location - Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire
Industry - Electrical Wholesale
Hours - Monday to Friday only - no weekend working
Basic Salary - up to circa £36,000 per annum
Due to continuing growth an exciting position has become available for a full-time Telephone Sales person based in Hertfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business that offers unrivalled service and value for money to its customers.
Requirements
• A good knowledge and understanding of the Electrical industry are essential.
• Will be familiar with products supplied to Electrical Contractors
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy essential.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Multitasking skills.
• Flexible attitude
• Interpersonal skills and team player.
• Copes well under pressure
Responsibilities
• Managing day to day enquiries/orders
• Must be confident taking Sales enquiries over the Telephone
• Ensuring Customer promises are kept by continually monitoring and chasing any outstanding orders.
• Raising quotations and converting to sales orders.
• Serving customers at the trade counter
Electrical wholesale experience is essential
