In this role, you will be responsible for delivering & assessing for multiple engineering subjects, including Electrical, Mechanical & Maintenance, as well as conducting teaching & learning activities in accordance with each individual student's needs. You will play an important part in helping & guiding students and also contribute to the continuous development & improvement of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a Level 3 Qualified engineer with Mechanical & Electrical knowledge & experience who has obtained or is willing to obtain teaching qualifications, has industrial experience and has previously worked with young people.
This role would suit a qualified engineer with industry experience who is looking to step into a teaching/lecturing role and wants to make an important difference in young peoples' lives, while working for an employer that will invest heavily in their training and has excellent career prospects on offer.

Teaching & assessing lectures & classes in Engineering courses
Counselling & guiding students
Conducting teaching & learning activities
