* Location: Brackley, with potential of Hybrid working (1 day per week initially).

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving our client’s business growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Based in the Brackley area, with the possibility of hybrid working, you'll be stepping into a dynamic environment where your efforts are directly linked to our client’s success.

Your New Account Manager / Internal Sales role:

As Account Manager / Internal Sales, you will:

* Act as the primary contact for all customer accounts, enhancing the purchasing experience and nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
* Drive growth by identifying and leveraging new opportunities within existing accounts.
* Represent the voice of the customer within our client’s organisation, ensuring their needs and requirements are met.
* Advise customers on upcoming product developments and opportunities, based on insightful analysis of customer spends and maintaining up-to-date records on the CRM system.

Our client is looking for someone with:

* Proven Account Management and Internal Sales experience.
* Competence in basic IT, CRM, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Exceptional communication, time management, and customer service skills.
* A target-driven approach to internal sales, with the professionalism and courtesy to match.
* The ability to work under pressure, make confident decisions, and take responsibility for your performance.
