Project Architect

They are currently looking for an individual to join their team in Norwich as a Project Architect with the ability to work a project through all RIBA Stages, in addition to someone who has previous experience working on existing building projects. 

Working hours: 

Monday to Friday 
Some overtime may be required as and when a project demands
This position is office based - Norwich

Project Architect requirements: 

ARB Registered Architect
Must have at least 3 years working for a UK-based practice
Experience in working on projects for existing buildings
Proficiency in Adobe Suite and NBS. 
Knowledge of ArchiCAD would be ideal but not essential as training can be given 
Exceptional design and communication skills
Ability to manage all RIBA Stages of work
Strong project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and budget requirements 
Knowledge of the UK planning process and building regulations.
