Due to continued success and expansion, we’re currently looking to recruit a full-time Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Norwich area.

Salary and the benefits we offer:
Upto £23,000 Basic
Upto £35,000 OTE in your first year

The role:
You will start out as a Resourcer working alongside one of our experienced Recruiters, where you’ll then learn the ropes and process to a Recruitment Consultant. Some of the tasks will include, but will not be limited to;
Dealing with queries
Building relationships
Sourcing candidates; headhunting and varies other methods
Finding sales leads / Business development
External and internal advertising
Admin and social media
Answering incoming calls and taking messages
Preparing CVs to be sent to clients
Dealing solely with vacancies and candidates within one of our specialised sectors
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.45am – 5.30pm
Fridays 8.45am – 5pm
