If you have experience in a similar role or with child-based work and possess the energy and engaging personality required to connect with secondary school students, we want to hear from you!
About the role:
Provide classroom support to students
Assist with managing classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers to implement effective teaching strategies
Offer 1:1 support to students with diverse learning needs
Provide pastoral care and support as required
Opportunity for permanent placement based on performanceRequirements:
Previous experience working with children, preferably as a teaching assistant
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different learning needs and styles
Commitment to supporting student development and well-being
Understanding of the UK Schools curriculum
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
