Do you have previous experience working within a contact centre or making outbound sales calls? Are you seeking an opportunity to join an established, yet growing company that offer excellent training and progression opportunities?

This independent energy company have been established since 2017, created solely to minimise damage being caused to the environment by encouraging and helping families across the UK reduce their energy bills, by improving the efficiency of their homes. They're now seeking an individual who has previous experience within a Sales environment, holds a positive attitude and a target driven mindset.

In this role the individual will be working within the ECO department, assisting with the growth of the division by making outbound sales calls to win new clients, build and maintain their sales pipeline and consistently working towards achieving and exceeding targets.

The Role:
* Making outbound sales calls in line with targets.
* Maintain and manage constant communication with your sales pipeline.
* Consistently working towards achieving individual and team performance objectives.
* Commission structure in place
* Training and progression opportunities within a growing company
* 40hr working week (9am - 5pm Mon - Fri).

The Person:
* 1+ years previous experience in outbound sales / within a contact centre environment.
* Target driven individual who holds sales skills.
* Ability to manage own time and workload.
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
