My client is a growing contractor that are in the market for a site manager to work on a large-scale new build. My client specialises in high end residential and has several schemes from 10million up to around 40million. You will have excellent management skills running large site teams.

The site manager they are looking for will have experience in design and builds ideally up to £20million+
As an experienced site manager, you will have delivered projects from inception through completion with experience of managing trades during the full construction process cradle to grave.

The Site Manager will be responsible to ensure all health and safety on site is always adhered to. You will be working responsible for organising labour and sub-contractors on site. You will be highly motivated and organised individual that can work following programmes to time scales.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy growing contractor with an excellent pipeline across the Merseyside region.

Those who have CIOB or NVQ qualifications would have a distinct advantage. My client is looking for candidates with a stable working history who are looking for longevity in a position.
