Our highly regarded client is looking for a part time bookkeeper to work in their busling office in the heart of West Yorkshire, in the outskirts of Bradford.
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintain financial records in Xero
* Reconcile Bank Accounts (Both Sterling and Foreign Currency)
* Customer Invoicing from Production Software
* Purchase Ledger Invoice Inputs into Xero
* Monthly Bacs run compiling.
* Controlling Debtors
* Preparing Financial & Sales Reports
* VAT Quarterly submission
* Payroll
* Monthly Journal Posting in Xero
* Petty Cash
* Employee Expenses
* Continual Improvement of Systems
* Government Figure Requests – EC Sales & Intrastat
* General Office Administration when required
Skills
* Analytical
* Great attention to detail
* Self Motivated
* Good communicator
Requirements
* AAT Level 3 minimum
* Extensive Knowledge of Xero Accounting Platform
* Payroll Experience
* Excellent IT Skills
* Experience working for a manufacturer
Working Hours
20 hours per week – ideally 5 hours, 4 days per week
