ABOUT THE ROLE: We are currently seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst for a full-time contract position based in League City, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT, with a focus on application support and ITIL principles. This role requires a critical view of IT processes and solutions, along with proficiency in Microsoft 0365, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide application support, troubleshooting IT systems, and resolving IT-related issues.
* Utilize expertise in ITIL principles to streamline processes and enhance system performance.
* Experience with Microsoft 0365, SharePoint, and Power Apps to optimize productivity and collaboration.
* Proficiency in SAP for documentation and workflow management.
* Knowledge of basic business processes within the production industry to improve operational workflows.
* Implement cyber measures to ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure and data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in application support within the production industry.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues.
* Familiarity with Microsoft 0365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and SAP.
* Understanding of IT security measures and best practices.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
