We are seeking a diligent and dedicated Litigation Fee Earner to join our esteemed legal team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing high-quality legal services to our clients while ensuring efficiency and excellence in every aspect of the litigation process.
Responsibilities:
As a Litigation Fee Earner specializing in a diverse range of legal matters, your responsibilities are both broad and critical in ensuring justice and fair resolution for your clients. In the realm of wills, your expertise lies in navigating the intricate legal landscape surrounding estate planning and administration. You meticulously draft wills, ensuring they accurately reflect your client's wishes while adhering to legal requirements, minimizing the potential for disputes among beneficiaries.
Inheritance Act disputes demand your adeptness at negotiating and litigating contentious matters arising from inheritance, where family members contest provisions or seek greater entitlements. Your role is to provide strategic counsel, mediating conflicts where possible, and representing clients in court when resolution cannot be reached through alternative means.
Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters require a nuanced understanding of property law and lease agreements. Whether resolving disputes over rent arrears, breaches of covenant, or lease renewals, you serve as a beacon of legal guidance for both landlords and tenants, ensuring their rights and obligations are upheld within the bounds of the law.
Litigation, the cornerstone of your practice, encompasses a wide array of legal disputes. You will advocate tirelessly on behalf of your clients, employing your expertise in legal research, case analysis, and courtroom advocacy to secure favourable outcomes. Your role extends beyond the courtroom, encompassing pre-litigation negotiation, settlement discussions, and post-trial enforcement actions.
In all aspects of your work, integrity, empathy, and a commitment to justice guide your actions. You bear the weight of your clients' legal burdens, shouldering their concerns with empathy while tenaciously pursuing resolutions that safeguard their interests. Your role as a Litigation Fee Earner is not merely about navigating the intricacies of the law but also about being a beacon of support and advocacy for those in need of legal representation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience working as a Litigation Fee Earner or similar role
* Strong knowledge and understanding of handling wills and inheritance act disputes, commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters and contractual legislation. .
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
