Academics is currently looking to recruit an Unqualified Teacher to work on a daily supply basis in secondary schools across St Helens.

You will be responsible for covering teacher absences and delivering pre-planned work to students, ensuring that you offer them support and manage the classroom behaviour.

What you will need to work as a Unqualified Teacher with Academics:

Previous experience supporting children and/or young adults is desirable
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Patient empathetic and supportive attitude towards students
An enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to get oneThe benefits of working with Academics
