We are currently representing a role on behalf of our client based in the Tyne and Wear region.
The job role is working for a well-established leading name in the construction industry, providing an array of different services as the parent company of several of the industry’s most trusted brands. A majorly successful organization with a revenue of £400 million and a workforce of over 3600 people.
The role entails creating, collecting, and interrogating operational chain raw data to establish and report meaningful insights into production performance. Use these insights to carry out analysis and complex problem solving to turn the data into useful information, that the business can use for critical decision making.
Identify and recommend ways to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
Create data collection methods where non exist.
Use data mining to extract information from data sets.
Organise and transform information using diagrams, graphs and other reporting techniques.
Use advanced analytics practices to delve deeper into trends and patterns in operations and supply chain data.
Mathematics, Statistics, information management or economics degree or equivalent.
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in reporting packages, statistics, and statistical packages such as Access, SQL and Advanced Excel queries.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to challenge norms.
Excellent reporting and communication skills
