The Role
Oversee designated area
Managing deadlines
Overseeing quality
Overseeing H&S measures and environmental practices
Contributing to innovative improvement ideas
The Person
Relevant qualifications - Desirable but industry experience considered
Similar experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Experience in manufacturing / steel or similar environment
Minimum 5 year's experience in welding environments
Strong communication skills
Able to encourage and drive team engagement
