Key Responsibilities:
Implement the firm's strategy and direction in support of the Partners
Lead by example
Client Delivery
Drive profitability.
Key requirements:
Qualified Accountant, ACA / ICAEW, ACCA or equivalent
External audit experience gained in an Accountancy Practice at Manager level or above
Strong client and commercial awareness
Exceptional leadership skills
Proficiency in networking and fee generation
Ability to think more like an owner of a Practice, rather than an employee.
