4 days onsite in Swansea + 1 remote (Fridays)

Day rate £140/day+ (via umbrella)


With experience of supporting typical O365 user queries along with Active Directory management, you will be helping our client's end users by both initially trying quick resolve's, before escalating and booking an appointment with a member of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd line support member as necessary, depending on the issue at hand.

Monday to Thursday, you will have people calling, emailing, and visiting your desk to resolve their issues, with Friday's being fully remote and a number of tickets will be given to you to complete that day where possible.
