Junior Events Designer / Assistant
£24,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience)
Windsor / West London Based
Join a dynamic and thriving company who are currently seeking a talented and passionate Events Designer to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to work for an innovative business that offers very exciting products and services within the events and hospitality industry.
This role will be situated across their office locations in Windsor and West London and will play an integral part within the events and sales team providing support from initial brief to final design to ensuring a smooth delivery of events.

Job duties:
* Providing support for day to day sales functions such as handling enquiries and meeting with clients
* Collaborating with clients and venues to create event design concepts
* Translating initial briefs into proposals and mood boards
* Working within the events and sales team to ensure flawless execution and exceed client expectations
* Providing essential sales administration support and managing client and venue communications
* Assisting with event installation and offering onsite support as needed
* Always representing the brand with professionalism and passion, whilst identifying possible sales opportunities
Job requirements:
* A genuine passion for Events and Design
* Ability to think creatively and generate innovate ideas and turn visions into reality
* Excellent communication skills for effective client and team liaison
* Flexibility to work across Windsor, West London and on site at various venues on occasion
* Confident in both independent work and team collaboration
This is a permanent, full-time position that will be based both in Windsor and West London as you will be required to visit both office locations and attend venue meetings.
