Key Responsibilities
As the Store Manager, you will:
- Report directly to the Owner.
- Deliver exceptional clientelling and ensure commercial excellence within the store.
- Serve as a role model for exceptional service, leading and inspiring your team to become
true ambassadors of the brand.
- Utilize your experience, commercial insight, and visual merchandising skills to drive
the brand's success and surpass annual targets.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager
within a luxury or premium fashion retailer.
- Proven ability to drive clientelling through your team and leverage your own VIP
network.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Enthusiasm, self-confidence, a polished appearance, and self-motivation.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service, and fashion
trends.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate and address store and team issues.
