Setting Out Engineer - Groundworks

I am working with one of a highly reputable Civil Engineering specialist in the south of England to assist with their search for an experienced Site Engineer. My client specialises in all aspects of Civil Engineering projects including Design, Construction and Maintenance. They work on predominantly Commercial projects and have gained an excellent reputation for the quality of their projects.
The successful Site Engineer will support the immediate needs of the client with their ongoing Projects which are predominantly Commercial. They are looking for a Site Engineer who has a traditional Engineering skillset but is also committed to being innovative and developing their professional skills.
What you'll need to succeed
Accurate setting out and surveying from CAD drawings using total station
Producing Asbuilts
Quantifying areas and volumes from the data available to you
Read and understand DWG/CAD/AFC drawings
Red Line Drawings & ITP's
AutoCAD
Collating programmes of work
Daily site diaries, daily record keeping
Carrying out quality inspections as required
Ensuring health and safety onsite
