We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team in Market Harborough on a permanent basis.
Key duties will include:
* Operating correspondence in the case management system.
* Arranging client title, mortgage, and search reports.
* Drawing up and responding to transaction inquiries.
* Working with third parties to resolve purchase and sale issues.
* Executing contract trades and file preparation.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
* Confident in file work and contract pack assessment without assistance.
* Able to assess and resolve sales enquiries.
* Attentive to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
* Confident and personable conversing with clients.
