My client is a reputable engineering firm based in Shepshed who is looking for a sales administrator/ internal sales professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
The role
Handling inbound calls from customers
Outbound care calls to customers
Handling email enquiries
Providing quotes
Processing orders
Boost engagement with the customer base
The candidate
Previous sales/ sales admin experience preferable although not essential
Bubbly and comfortable talking to people
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident and a great track record of speaking with a customer base
