 Role Overview:

To support the successful delivery of multiple projects. Leading a team to provide project and administrative support with a customer/client focus across multiple site contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Have a clear understanding of the SLA’s for the Client, and internally, to ensure you (and your respective team) provide comprehensive day-to-day administration support (including planning of works) to ensure the smooth running of the project.
• Processing, updating, and issuing programmed works and uploading to relevant in-house and external databases and tracking field based delivery to ensure job allocation and completion.
• Providing quotes for applications
• Ensure procedural adherence to all elements of the project.
• Undertake delegated work as directed by Senior management.
• Supporting the 360-scheme process, including aiding the project to be in line with legislative and key process changes.
• Be part of and support the central point of communication for queries on multiple projects. Liaise with the Operations team and all field/site-based staff (including sub-contractors) where appropriate.
• Customer journey – ensure that the customer experience is at the forefront of all interactions, and continuously assessed for improvement.
• Complaint resolution.
• Day-to-day performance management of your team; including but not limited to talent acquisition, onboarding, management of mandatory qualifications (with support from your SHEQ colleagues), toolbox talks, 1:1, training, and development of your team.
• Preparation of data, to aid the Operations team with weekly/monthly and ad hoc reports.
• Stakeholder management, liasing with key stakeholders at all levels, including colleagues, suppliers, and clients.

Skills and Abilities

• You will have excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence others and able to convey technically challenging information through a variety of media including presentations, written reports, diagrams, and graphics.
• Adaptable to changing priorities.
• Previous people management experience.
• You will act with integrity and professionalism, gaining the trust of Clients and colleagues.
• You will have the ability to prioritise work to deliver successful outcomes.
• A willingness to work flexibly to deliver projects to time and budget is essential.
