Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilful individual to join their team as a Customer Services and Marketing Officer. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while also assisting with marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
Duties for the Customer Services and Marketing Officer will include but not be limited to the following:
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Create engaging marketing content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns
Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Work on our website and various sales channels to continually improve the user experience
Customer Services:
Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media
Handle customer complaints and provide timely and effective resolution
Provide excellent product knowledge to customers
Produce monthly KPI reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Any other ad hoc duties required to meet the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate for the Customer Services and Marketing Office will have the following:
Proven experience in customer service and marketing
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software and eCommerce platforms
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
