About the Technical Assistant job
The purpose of your role will be to obtain and report consumer/customer quality data to drive improvements for the customer. You will also support the Technical Manager whilst maintaining databases and driving continuous improvement.
Key tasks
* Management of KPI data (customer complaints and online reviews) to ensure fully up to date and accurate.
* Completion of the Technical KPI reports (both internal and external).
* Completion of Technical Board and FIIN reports.
* Champion product quality and drive the customer experience quality action plan.
* Manage customer complaints, support investigation and provide responses to customers.
* Log depot rejections and drive quality improvements in line with issues raised.
About You
* Background in a food manufacturing environment.
* IT competent including Excel, Word, Email and PowerPoint.
* Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
* High attention to detail with awareness of Technical and Technical systems.
* Self-motivated and able to develop an excellent knowledge of products.

The Technical Assistant job is based in South Yorkshire and is paying £25,000 according to your experience.
The job includes an excellent opportunity for growth and development.
The working hours are Monday top Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
