£28,000, HG3, 8am - 6pm - 8 hour shifts, 5 days over 7, 40 hours per week, 33 days holiday, Permanent role

We are delighted to be working with a client who are opening a new daytime venue in the Harrogate area. This is an opportunity for a creative Sous Chef looking for an innovative venue with a focus on customer experience and education.

Working closely with the Head Chef to tailor menus inspired by the on site produce
Deputising in the Head Chef's absence
Managing and mentoring the catering team
Planning, preparing and cooking fresh food dishes

As the successful Sous Chef you will have a strong catering background with good leadership skills and a passion for creating great food.

This would be an ideal role if you have worked in a kitchen leadership role as a Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef or Second Chef in a restaurant environment and want a better work life balance without limiting your creativity or the food quality.
