Laboratory Shift Team Leader

Elevation Recruitment Group are proudly working with a specialty metals manufacturer in South Yorkshire, to recruit a Laboratory Shift Team Leader.

Shift Pattern: 4 on (2 days, 2 nights), 4 off

Salary: based on experience ranging from £28,000 - £35,000. The role attracts a Rota premium of £6,500 per annum on top of the salary

Duties of the Laboratory Shift Team Leader will include:

Lead and direct a shift team of Analysts
Booking in samples
Undertake routine and non-routine analytical work
Report results
We are keen to speak with Laboratory Shift Team Leaders

HND or equivalent in either Chemistry, Metallurgy or Materials Engineering
Expertise In Metal And Refractory Materials
Supervisory Experience
Excellent Communication And Team Leadership Skills
