As the HR Systems Advisor, you will support the HR team with the implementation of a new system, analyse the best way to use the system and make relevant improvements where necessary.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Support with the implementation of the HR system.
Analyse the best way to utilise the HR system and advise on improvements.
Support with integrating the system with the wider business and other functions.
Lead on data reporting, ensuring efficient processes are put in place to allow data reporting.
Provide technical support and training to HR team members.We are looking for:
Excellent hands on experience managing HR System implementation projects.
Proven experience running regular HR Data reports.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
