Meeting Point Hotel Management Malta requires a night auditor in order to reconcile allaccounts, processes invoices and prepares paychecks. Essentially, a night auditor’s role is to provide excellent customer service to guestsand keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
The tasks include, but are not limited to:
(1) Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee
checks
(2) Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
(3) Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
(4) Verify that all EOD work has been performed by other departments
(5) Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
(6) Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
(7) Answer phones and place reservations
We are looking for:
(1) Excellent communication and math skills
(2) Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
(3) Strong eye for details
(4) Good problem-solving skills
Minimum education qualifications:
Possess at least 2+ years' experience in
customer service or hospitality
