Then Fusion Plaza is looking for you! We are seeking an independent cook who can surprise our guests with the most delicious dishes and provide optimal service.

What will you do?
As an independent cook at Fusion Plaza, you will be responsible for preparing the most flavorful dishes in our Asian Fusion kitchen. You will work with fresh, high-quality ingredients and ensure that each meal is prepared to perfection. You will provide fast and efficient service, always prioritizing the quality of the food. You will prepare various Asian dishes such as sushi, wok dishes, and soups, and also handle garnishes and side dishes.

Additionally, your responsibilities include:

• Organizing your workstation and ensuring a clean and hygienic workspace.
• Preparing dishes according to the customer’s preferences and Fusion Plaza recipes.
• Checking inventory, including quality, and placing new orders when necessary.
• Carefully preparing rice, vegetables, meat, and fish, and balancing the flavors.
• Adhering to hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Refilling buffet dishes and planning related tasks.
• Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring an optimal work environment.
• Supervising kitchen staff.
