* Machine Productivity Guru: Optimise the performance of printing presses and lamination machines to meet and exceed productivity targets.
* Collaborative Leader: Work closely with team members to ensure effective communication and alignment with daily production plans.
* Meeting Maestro: Facilitate daily production meetings to review performance, address challenges, and plan for success.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a managerial role within manufacturing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
* Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality management systems.
