Role Overview:

As a Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life-cycle, from business development, converting clients, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, and achieving placement targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment consultant who is passionate about business development and delivering exceptional client and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Build a solid pipeline of prospect clients, focusing on client conversions through innovative sales techniques.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods to identify and engage top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Full Recruitment Life-cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client briefings and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and on-boarding.
Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior consultants, sharing best practices and helping them develop their skills.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, with a strong track record in permanent placements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and delivering high-quality service.
