A Gateshead Secondary School is recruiting for a Science Teacher to work from September 2024.

This well regarded secondary school is located close to the centre of Gateshead. It is easily accessible from Gateshead interchange and Newcastle city centre.

The successful Science Teacher will join a supportive and collaborative department. You will work as part of a large and successful team with access to well equipped labs.

The school is willing to consider applications from Science Teachers from all disciplines. They are also happy to consider applications for flexible working/ part time.  

The successful Science teacher will:

Hold QTS or equivalent
Have experience teaching Science to KS3 and KS4
Be passionate about there subject
Applications from both  experienced Science Teacher and ETCs are welcomed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
