Site Manager - Refurb

Search are currently working in partnership with a Fit-Out Contractor who work across the UK.
Due to increased workload they are looking for a No1 Site Manager to oversee a Commercial Fit-Out project in Stockton.
The works are being carried out on a live environment and therefore programme runs through the evening; hours are 4pm to 4am Monday to Thursday with 3 days off.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of the entire project right through to completion.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Conduct tool box talks & issue permits
* Oversee Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality standards.
* Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving on-site.
* Update and maintain IT systems
Requirements
* Extensive experience of managing fit out projects
* Excellent Leadership, IT & Written Communication skills
* A sound knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
* DBS Enhanced Disclosure
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* First Aid
* Fire Marshal
* HNC Construction Management or related
Remuneration
This is a freelance position engaged through Search Consultancy. The rate is £28.00 per hour
