Operating in a delivery-focused and often fast-paced environment, the role involves working within the planning department to create effective schedules for team execution on all projects, utilising information from clients and department managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop efficient schedules for team execution on all jobs.
Assess employee hours spent on projects and generate efficiency reports.
Collaborate with staff from various departments to ensure coordination.
Assist in implementing maintenance planning and scheduling processes and develop process improvements.
Maintain accurate metrics on planning and scheduling performance, providing timely reports.
Offer input to management and suggest efficiency improvements.
Create daily schedules to secure adequate resources for job completion.
Ensure all work orders and maintenance log items are closed upon completion.Core Values and Culture:

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create sketches.
Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
