Description
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Process customer orders and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of products
Maintain accurate customer records and update database as necessary
Collaborate with various departments to resolve any customer-related issues
Contribute to team efforts by achieving set targets and objectives
Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
