The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing a diverse array of construction projects across various sectors including retail, leisure, workplace, mixed-use, residential, industrial, public services, education, and healthcare.
Your leadership will be instrumental in steering these complex and large-scale projects towards exemplary completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the full project lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution and completion.
Providing expert guidance on aspects like project execution, quality planning, team selection, procurement, risk assessment, and maintenance strategies.
Conducting comprehensive optioneering studies for optimal project outcomes.
Ensuring all projects meet the deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve client satisfaction.The Senior Construction Project Manager
Accreditation by RICS, APM, CIOB, or be working towards such accreditation.
Qualifications in Project Management, with a preference for Prince 2.
Extensive experience in construction consultancy or client organizations.
A proven track record in managing successful projects within a consultancy setting, particularly in the built environment.
A proactive, diligent work ethic and a strong commitment to effective teamwork.In Return?
