Your role will be based in Oldham covering multiple education sites. You will be responsible for:

Managing a full TFM contract across a multi site contract
Management of H&S and compliance
Building & maintaining key stakeholder relationships across the contract
Managing PPM schedules
Attending regular meetings with key stakeholders
Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports About you

Experience as a Facilities Manager - Ideally within the education sector
Previous experience of managing budgets
You'll also have experience of managing TFM contracts
A strong personality to deal with a wide range of stakeholders and to ensure that delivery of objectives are achieved.
