We are recruiting for several customer service, and office professional positions in the North Manchester / Oldham area, all focussed on customer services.
The company is a large national business that employs thousands across the UK. You will be given lots of training and support to do your role in a supportive environment. The company prides itself on having a positive and engaging work culture, winning multiple awards.
* We have immediately available positions with interviews taking place on 29th APRIL 2024
* We have inbound customer service-focussed work with some data entry, dealing with queries from the general public.
* You will be answering customer queries and answering service lead queries.
* The role is Monday - Friday with occasional weekend shifts (Sat or Sunday - most likely one weekend in 6)
* Working hours are 3 shifts, 7.5 hours per day, either: 8am-4pm, 8.30am-5pm and 9am - 5.30pm
* You will receive full training and support from an existing team.
* This is an office-based role, not a hybrid/home-based one.
This role is to start immediately on 7th MAY 2024
We are looking for reliable people with some experience in Contact Centre / Office / Customer Service work experience - we are flexible as it’s more about the person and your 'can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn.
We have long-term temporary contracts or temp-to-perm contracts available.

This would suit someone local to Oldham, pay rate is £11.44
