Our client is seeking experienced Factory Operatives to work in a Manufacturing setting, ideally you will have worked in a continuous manufacturing site, and be used to working as part of a team. The role offers an opportunity to progress through regular training and development, which will allow you to progress with the company and potentially move into a permanent role when the opportunity presents itself.
Duties include (but not limited to)
Working as a team to ensure that the product manufacturing process is kept to time and target, ensuring quality is maintained at all times.
Being aware of processes and procedures to ensure that downtime is kept to a minimum, working in a Health and Safety Conscious manner at all times, following instruction and communicating any issues with your supervisors.
Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm week one, and 2pm-10pm week 2. Overtime is offered each week, and they typically work half day on a Saturday.

Must have: Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing site, where manual handling is part of the day to day job.
