An established law firm in South Manchester is seeking an RTA Fee Earner to join their team. If you have experience handling MOJ or OIC Portal claims and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of RTA matters through MOJ or new OIC Portal.
* Some Part 7 and RTA Litigation
* Handle all aspects of the claims process, including client communication, document drafting, and negotiations.
* Work efficiently under pressure.
* Effectively manage and organise your workload.
* Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
Requirements:
* Previous experience handling your own caseload of RTA claims, ideally through MOJ or OIC Portal.
* Part 7 experience ideally.
* Any RTA Litigation experience is advantageous.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
