Internal sales role - Competitive salary & Benefits + great organisation, fantastic opportunity for growth and development.

Hybrid Working - 2 days office based and 3 days work from home.

This is a proactive role, and you will be responsible for responding to incoming enquiries and actively targeting our non-key account customers to develop new business opportunities within these companies, as well as effectively managing an existing customer base.

You will be responsible for developing a trusted working relationship with customers that will deliver value to their business which will result in the generation of additional Revenue and Gross Profit for the organisation from products and service sales.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, and a trustworthy team player who is self-motivated and independent and will also thrive in a competitive environment. You must be able to manage your time and tasks effectively and you will be expected to work in supporting the team as well as achieving your own personal Key Performance Indicators.

ACTIVITIES

• CDC/Inside Sales and Customer service

• New Business Development with a focus on companies Technology and Services

• Developing an understanding of key solution offerings and engaging with customers on how these could benefit their business.

• Identifying business issues and working with the team on the best way of developing these into a solution that adds value to the customer.

• Liaising with internal/external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Generating and maintaining a healthy pipeline of business.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES •

Excellent communication skills are essential along with energy and enthusiasm.

• Curiosity about what the customer does, and the problems they are experiencing along with good questioning and investigation skills.

• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Ability to multi task and perform well in pressure situations.

• Ability to embrace and present new and emerging technologies to customers.

• Experience in using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution.

• Be able to converse and be consultative in a business relationship.

• Ability to prioritise your workload.

EXPERIENCE AND CREDENTIALS

• We are looking for someone who can demonstrate extensive experience in selling in a technical / technology environment.
