Job Summary:
As a Contracts Manager, your role will be to ensure that projects are managed efficiently and completed within timescales, utilising all relevant resources, including people. Responsibilities include project planning, subcontractor management, health and safety oversight, client liaison, and contract administration.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of contract management experience in a construction environment.
Relevant qualifications such as an HND in Building Studies or equivalent.
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
