Transport Planner - Feltham - Up to £40,000

Our Client, who are a forward thinking, well established Logistics Company are looking for a Transport Planner to join their team in Feltham.
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Feltham
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off 06.00 - 18.00
Salary: £25,000-£40,000 (DOE)
Responsibilities
Daily Planning for all airport Vehicles.
Ensure vehicle compliance - Including servicing, maintenance, repairs .
Your role will include Liaising with the import and export team regarding airline collections.
Clear effective communication with customers regarding deliveries.
Lead the team of drivers throughout the day to ensure timescales are adhered too.
You will have an awareness of industry compliance and legislation.
You will ensure that the most cost effective Solution.
Ensure that the transport is utilised using the most cost effective solutions.
A knowledge of industry compliance and relevant legislation.
Requirements
Excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
Managers CPC - desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of WTD and driver Hours.
2/3 Years Working in a similar role in the UK Transport Industry.
