Are you an enthusiastic and passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an exciting opportunity to begin your teaching career in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and/or Key Stage 1. We are seeking a dedicated ECT to join our welcoming and supportive team at a thriving 3-form entry primary school in West London.

Role Overview:
As an ECT in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and/or Key Stage 1 (KS1), you will play a key role in delivering engaging and enriching learning experiences for our youngest learners. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your teaching skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering exciting lessons, fostering positive relationships with pupils and parents, and creating a stimulating learning environment where children can grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that are tailored to meet the needs of pupils in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1).

* Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to support pupils' learning and development, including play-based learning, phonics, and early numeracy skills.

* Assess pupils' progress and provide targeted support and intervention where necessary to ensure all pupils make good progress.

* Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning in the school.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS status as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

* Passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality early years education.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.

* Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
