Key Responsibilities:
Efficient route planning to optimize delivery schedules.
Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for transportation operations.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure a well-maintained fleet.
Manage drivers' hours, holidays, and overall scheduling.
Effectively oversee and coordinate deliveries to meet customer expectations.
Resolve issues promptly, particularly in case of vehicle-related challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics and transport management.
Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 4 am to 12/1 pm, with occasional weekends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
