We have a fantastic opportunity for a Communications Manager to join the Home Accessibility Marketing team on a 2 year fixed term contract.

This is a Hybrid vacancy working 2 days in our Head office in Andover and 3 days remotely.

The Communications Manager provides day-to-day management of all customer facing communications including, brochures, emails, letters, and customer satisfaction surveys. They manage and execute the communications strategy and will create clear and consistent copy across all touchpoints for private sector customers agreed with the Head of CX and CRM.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive communication plans. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand image, improving communication externally around our Customer journey, and ensuring a cohesive narrative across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

Strategic planning consider current and future communications needs to develop and implement an improved omnichannel experience.

Customer communications continuously monitor and update customer facing communications, to support BAU, journey and experience improvements. Understand our target audience’s wants, needs, and pain points, to produce clear, concise, and engaging copy across various mediums such as brochures, letters, emails, web pages, and video scripts, that aims to deliver value, and ultimately convert.

Brand serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications and creative approaches are aligned with the Stannah Group Brand Guidelines and support our aim to strengthen the Stannah Brand. Monitor and challenge external activity that infringes on our trademarks and IP.

Creative oversee the production of relevant marketing material and ensure that it supports business objectives, is in line with brand guidelines and is cost effective to produce.

Accreditation management manage the relationship with accreditation partners ensuring communications are compliant.

Customer advocacy amplify positive customer experiences by encouraging customers to review. Actively contact customers willing to take part in customer testimonials. Create engaging testimonials across various media channels.

Customer Sales Teams ensure call centre and field agents are well-briefed on communications projects and communicate with customers in an appropriate manner. Work with managers to identify opportunities to improve communications and reduce customer misunderstandings.

Budget and accounts assist in the development of the annual budget for marketing communications channels and manage accounts expenditure accordingly. Monitor regularly and adjust plans as required

Requirements

More than five year’s communications experience.

Demonstrable copywriting skills, across offline and online media.

Strong communications skills, along with the desire to improve processes

Sound knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud advantageous.
