Position: SEN Teacher 
Salary Range: £120- £180 per day 
Location: Plymouth
Start Date: Immediately

Do you have a passion for making a significant difference in the lives of young learners? Do you have the skills to promote positive behaviour in a school setting? If so, GSL Education is looking for a committed SEN Teacher to join a renowned school in Plymouth. 

About the Role:
- Utilise your expertise as an SEN Teacher to develop individualised learning plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of students with special educational needs.
- Provide differentiated instruction and support to students with a range of learning difficulties, including autism, dyslexia, and ADHD.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including educational psychologists and speech therapists, to develop comprehensive support strategies for students.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their academic and personal development.
- Monitor student progress and assess their individual needs, adjusting teaching methods and resources accordingly.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with students with special educational needs as a SEN Teacher.
- Strong understanding of various learning difficulties and disabilities, along with effective strategies for supporting students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning.
- Previous experience and candidates with a valid driving license with access to a vehicle willbe prioritised
