Job Title: Workshop-Based Heavy Plant Fitter
Location: Northampton area
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Basic

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of heavy plant machinery.
Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs efficiently and effectively.
Carry out inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Complete accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving license.Whats on Offer:
Competitive salary ranging from £37,000 to £39,000 based on experience.
