Taylor Management, a leading provider of residential management services to condominium and homeowner associations, is currently seeking a Part Time Administrator to join our team. As a well-established company with over 25 years of experience, Taylor Management is committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Hours are 10 am to 3 pm with a maximum of 25 hours per week .
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Answer phones and respond to inquiries from homeowners and vendors.
Assist with maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Process invoices and handle financial transactions.
Assist with organizing community events and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
