BPSS and DBS Catering Assistant- CF11
A kitchen assistant is needed to assist the head chef & team with the tasks below:
Prep jobs given by the head chef , could be cutting , grating , making a certain dish or garnish.
Cleaning duties of the kitchen area.
Helping to serve on the counter at busy times
Assisting with paperwork where required for cooking temps , reheating temps & fridge / freezer temps.
Assisting with pot washing
Helping the team to set up the servery areaThe role is cover work.
The working hours are 10.30am-6.30pm Monday-Friday
The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour plus holiday pay
If all goes well there will be lots of cover work that will be available, some longer term and some short term and if a permanent role comes up then you will be first in line
